HOW IT WORKS

The five layers of an agent.

Each layer is designed explicitly so the agent has a clear operating boundary.

01

Role

Define the job and expected outcome.

02

Knowledge

Connect approved context, policies and records.

03

Reasoning

Set instructions, rules and decision logic.

04

Tools

Connect APIs, CRM, ERP, messaging or workflow actions.

05

Control

Define approval, audit, escalation and review.

HUMAN-IN-THE-LOOP

Automation should not erase accountability.

We separate assistance from authority. An agent can answer, recommend, prepare or execute depending on the risk and business rule. Refunds, replacements, financial actions or other sensitive decisions can remain explicitly approval-gated while routine low-risk work is automated.

QUESTIONS

Agent questions.

What businesses usually want to know before deploying role-specific agents.

Is an AI agent the same as a chatbot?+

No. A chatbot may only answer messages. An agent can be designed with business context, tools, workflow actions, memory and escalation rules.

Can several agents work together?+

Yes. Separate roles can share approved context and pass work through controlled workflows while retaining their own permissions.

Can agents connect to WhatsApp and website chat?+

Yes, when the required provider connection and authorization are configured.

Can we keep a human approval step?+

Yes. Human approval can be mandatory for selected actions or exception cases.

Can agent performance be reviewed?+

Yes. Production designs should include conversation history, status, audit or other operational feedback appropriate to the workflow.
